We offer an optional orientation visit—available anytime you'd like a refresher before continuing service. Whether there have been changes in your pet’s routine or home setup, this visit is a helpful way to review day-to-day care, go over household details, and ensure everything is up to date. We’re also happy to pick up or exchange keys during this time. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident and your pets feel completely comfortable.
