This relaxed visit is a chance for your pets to get to know us in their own environment, and for you to share any important details about routines, behaviors, or preferences. Whether it's where the treats are kept, how your dog likes to be leashed, or which hiding spot your cat prefers, we want to learn what matters most.

We’ll also take a quick walk-through of your home, so we’re confident and prepared during every visit—from knowing where the food is, to respecting your household’s unique setup.
